This week we welcome Robin Burrow (Visiting Researcher and Senior Lecturer at University of York) who will hold a workshop titled “Publishing Multiple Papers from Ethnographic Research” on February 1^st from 9:00 – 10:00 in the Green Room. During the workshop, Robin will reflect on his experience publishing four articles, all of which draw on an ongoing data collection effort in elite kitchens. The workshop will provide a behind-the-scenes view on the choices, dilemmas and opportunities inherent in “making the most of the data” collected through ethnographic methods.
